What you'll do

  • Support the Asset Management team in resolving commercial, operational, contractual, compliance, and lender-related matters, coordinating closely with O&M, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and other cross‑functional partners.
  • Assist with financial planning and analytics for operating assets, including monthly revenue and expense accruals, plant improvement tracking, and evaluation of business‑related financial impacts.
  • Analyze monthly project‑level P&L statements, variance drivers, and cash flow forecasts, delivering clear summaries and insights for portfolio managers.
  • Support the annual budgeting process by reviewing asset performance, standardizing fleet‑wide assumptions, and contributing to long‑term financial planning.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of operational and financial KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance asset performance and operational efficiency.

What they require

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, economics, environmental studies, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in renewable energy, asset management, project finance, operations, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across various workstreams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivated, and ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Exceptional organization and work ethic to deliver against critical deadlines.
