We are looking for an Architecture Manager to lead the definition, governance, and evolution of scalable software architectures for enterprise-level digital solutions. In this role, you will work closely with engineering teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, secure, and reliable systems, while driving architectural excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in .NET, API integration, CI/CD, and Azure hosting with proven leadership and communication skills in a multicultural, English-speaking environment. Key Responsibilities Architecture Strategy & Governance: Define, implement, and govern architectural standards, design principles, and best practices across multiple projects and teams. Technical Leadership: Provide strategic technical guidance to engineering teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions. API-First Integration: Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure API-first integration strategies across enterprise systems. Cloud & Hosting Management: Oversee architecture decisions related to Azure hosting, ensuring optimal scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency. CI/CD Excellence: Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines, automation practices, and deployment strategies. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product owners, engineering managers, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical roadmaps. Risk & Quality Management: Identify architectural risks, ensure compliance with security and quality standards, and promote long-term maintainability of systems. Team Development: Mentor architects and senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in a leadership role such as Architecture Manager, Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Technical Lead. Strong hands-on knowledge of .NET and modern software architecture principles. Solid experience with API integration and API-First design approaches. Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices. Experience with Azure hosting and cloud-based architecture solutions. Strong understanding of scalable, secure, and distributed system design. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Fluent English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment. Soft Skills Strategic Vision: Ability to align technology decisions with business goals and long-term organizational strategy. Leadership: Strong mentoring and team-development capabilities, empowering others to achieve technical excellence. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. Adaptability: Comfort managing ambiguity, changing priorities, and evolving business requirements. Decision-Making: Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to make informed architectural decisions. Nice-to-Have Skills Knowledge and/or experience in the automotive industry. Experience with OEM integrations. Ability and willingness to work on-site frequently is a plus, although remote work is also fully considered and is not a deal breaker.
