Key Responsibilities Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns, maintaining a consistent pace of 100+ calls per day. Build immediate rapport with prospects to identify their pain points and business needs. Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure a high-quality pipeline for the sales team. Schedule discovery calls and demonstrations for Account Executives. Meticulously track call outcomes and update lead information within the CRM. Overcome objections with professionalism and persistence to secure appointments. Requirements Proven experience in a high-volume outbound calling role (SDR, BDR, or Appointment Setter). Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed daily activity metrics (100+ dials). Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence. Strong "resilience muscle"—the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated throughout the day. Proficiency with CRM tools and power dialing software. Highly organized with effective time management skills. Previous experience in a B2B sales environment. Knowledge of sales psychology and advanced objection-handling techniques.
