What you'll do

  • Develop a deep understanding of current business operations, processes, and workflows.
  • Proactively identify and evaluate opportunities where Artificial Intelligence (AI) can generate significant business value and operational efficiencies.
  • Source, gather, and analyze large, complex datasets associated with potential AI use cases.
  • Conduct thorough value vs. feasibility assessments for identified AI initiatives, employing sound judgment and data-driven analysis.
  • Uncover and present novel insights from data analysis, clearly articulating trends, inefficiencies (e.g., manual processes ripe for automation), and potential ROI.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders, including operational leaders and technical teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to further investigate promising opportunities and contribute to the development of AI project roadmaps and design specifications.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise presentations of findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.

What they require

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in working with large and complex datasets in the healthcare industry
  • Experience with data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel, BI platforms)
  • Prior experience in identifying or supporting AI/automation projects
  • Ability to critically evaluate information, exercise sound judgment, and make data-driven decisions and recommendations
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively
  • A proactive and curious mindset, with a passion for identifying areas for improvement and innovation
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes
