What you'll do

  • Diagnose why a listing is not converting and identify which gallery slots fail to answer buyer objections.
  • Write image briefs for seven Amazon image slots: one message per slot, headline, optional subline, and 3–4 callouts following the template.
  • QA returned design files against the brief and give precise feedback on hierarchy, contrast, whitespace and text density.
  • Download and analyse reviews, Voice of the Customer and returns; turn them into personas and ranked pain-point lists.
  • Build recurring reporting: Sales & Traffic, Returns, conversion before/after image updates, and one-page summaries with actions.

What they require

  • Two to three or more years working directly on Amazon listings — agency, brand or aggregator — with hands-on Seller Central or Vendor Central access.
  • Fluent in Amazon image policy and in how the gallery behaves on mobile.
  • Experience improving a listing off the back of return-rate or review data.
  • Solid Excel or Google Sheets: pivot tables, lookups, merging two exports on ASIN or SKU, per-size or per-ASIN breakdowns.
  • Build with AI: set up projects, custom instructions, reusable prompts or skills (Claude preferred).
