About the Role
The Amazon Account Manager will be responsible for expertly managing Amazon accounts, working behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly. This includes having a deep understanding of Amazon. You'll play a key role in making sure the operations are efficient and effective, contributing to the overall success.

Responsibilities
- Collaboration & Strategy Execution
- Partner with the Senior Marketing Analyst and Head of Strategy to execute against company KPIs
- Account Health & Issue Resolution
- Track and maintain overall account health metrics
- Monitor and address listing hijackers
- Escalate and resolve issues via Brand Registry
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Seller Central
- Catalog & Listing Management
- Manage and maintain product listings
- Conduct keyword research to identify ranking and growth opportunities
- Create and optimize listings (titles, bullet points, backend keywords)
- Write and refine listing copy to improve visibility and conversion rates
- Inventory & Logistics Coordination
- Oversee shipment creation, inventory tracking, and inbound logistics coordination
- Reporting & Data Analysis
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with key trends and insights
- Prepare client-facing reports with clear recommendations and next steps
- Perform Excel-based reporting and data analysis
- General Support: Support administrative and ad hoc tasks as needed
Competencies and Qualifications
Must-Have
- At least 2 years of experience in the eCommerce space
- At least 2 years of experience in Amazon Account Management (preferably within an agency setting)
- Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Hands-on experience with Helium 10 for keyword research
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Amenable to working night/graveyard shifts
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with navigating Amazon PPC, business reports, and sales performance data
- Experience using DataDive for keyword research and listing optimization
