We are looking for an experienced Senior Amazon Account Manager to take full ownership of the performance and overall health of multiple Amazon accounts. This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role—not a coordinator position.

What you'll do

  • Build, manage, and scale Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
  • Own budgets, bids, keyword harvesting, negation, and placement optimization.
  • Manage campaigns at scale using Amazon bulk files and bulk sheets.
  • Develop structured testing strategies based on clear hypotheses.
  • Monitor advertising performance against growth and efficiency targets.
  • Diagnose and resolve listing suppressions, variation issues, detail page errors, policy warnings, and inventory or fulfillment flags.
  • Manage Seller Central cases from initial submission through resolution.
  • Escalate unresolved cases through the appropriate Amazon support channels.
  • Manage Brand Registry, brand protection tools, infringement reports, and listing violations.
  • Conduct keyword, competitor, and market research using Data Dive, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms.
  • Identify growth opportunities and translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Clearly explain what happened, why it happened, and what actions should be taken next.
  • Use AI tools to improve research, analysis, listing copy, and reporting workflows.
  • Lead weekly or biweekly client calls.
  • Present results, establish priorities, and manage client expectations.
  • Communicate confidently with founders and marketing leaders.
  • Take ownership of client communication when marketplace issues arise.

What they require

  • Proven experience independently managing and scaling Amazon PPC campaigns.
  • Experience managing meaningful Amazon advertising budgets with measurable results.
  • Advanced knowledge of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
  • Hands-on experience resolving Amazon account health and compliance issues.
  • Strong working knowledge of Seller Central and case management.
  • Proficiency with Amazon bulk files and bulk campaign operations.
  • Experience with Brand Registry, brand protection, and violation reporting.
  • Knowledge of Data Dive, Jungle Scout, or comparable Amazon research tools.
  • Practical experience using AI tools in Amazon or marketing workflows.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Confidence leading recurring client-facing calls.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage several brands simultaneously.
