What you'll do

  • Lead activation for newly landed Anthropic-focused accounts, mobilizing them closer from initial engagement into active, well-scoped engagements.
  • Own end-to-end delivery and risk oversight for your accounts.
  • Build and maintain documented account plans and use-case backlogs that turn pilots into multi-phrase, multi-workstream AI transformation programs.
  • Become a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (IT and line-of-business), shaping AI/data roadmaps leveraging Anthropic.
  • Partner with Anthropic's field team and internal Sales, Marketing, and Sales to shape and close expansion opportunities.
  • Provide strategic leadership in executive meetings, QBR, and roadmap discussions.
  • Mentor team members and foster a culture of learning, feedback, and improvement.
  • Contribute to internal playbooks, account planning frameworks, and repeatable patterns for AI & Data outcomes.
  • Share best practices and client insights to improve phData's delivery models.

What they require

  • 6–10+ years in a hybrid delivery/sales role within consulting or professional services with accountability for scoping engagements and project success.
  • Demonstrated experience to own both delivery quality and account growth.
  • Track record in scoping and delivering $50K–$1M services engagements.
  • History of building account plans and roadmaps that move a pilot into a broader rollout.
  • Able to step into a landed account and immediately take ownership of activation and expansion, even when not the original source.
  • Trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (IT and LOB), including to CIO/CTO/CDO priorities.
  • Ability to structure complex problems and drive resolution in a matrixed environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for client needs.
  • Real, hands-on AI/data competency sufficient to identify use cases and delivery risk for agentic AI/LLM solutions – e.g., RAG, MCP-style servers, agent orchestration, evals, and data architecture.
  • Direct experience with Anthropic (Code, Cowork, or Enterprise) or a comparable LLM/agentic platform.
