CoinMarketCap is seeking an AI Operations Specialist to join its AI team in the Product organization. The role focuses on hands-on operational work that keeps the AI team moving, including evaluations, tools, automations and outreach for crypto AI products.
📋 Responsibilities include:
- Run evaluations on AI features: scoring outputs with AI assistance, flagging regressions, building golden sets and turning results into clear writeups
- Build lightweight tools and automations using AI coding tools: scripts, internal helpers and one-off prototypes
- Execute on prompt and workflow iteration: implementing changes, testing variations and shipping the next round
- Run external outreach and relationship management end to end: reaching out to KOLs, running the calls and following through
- Work with internal stakeholders to drive AI team outcomes: partnering with marketing and other product teams
🔑 Requirements:
- Deep working knowledge of AI tools: use LLM-based tools to write, automate, prototype and operate at a level that expands what one person can do
- Startup or fast-moving operating experience: 1 to 3 years of generalist or operations work where outcomes were owned end to end
