What you'll do
- Design, develop, and deploy ML models and AI-powered solutions for real business and product needs.
- Work across different ML domains and use cases, including classical ML, NLP, Computer Vision, RAG, Generative AI.
- Contribute to model experimentation, evaluation, optimization, and production readiness.
- Support architecture discussions, technical planning, and solution design; apply best practices for model development, deployment, monitoring, and documentation.
- Mentor or support junior ML specialists when needed.
What they require
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, AI, or a similar role.
- EU citizenship is required.
- Strong expertise in at least one ML area such as classical ML, NLP, Computer Vision, RAG, Generative AI.
- Experience with tools and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, MLflow, LangChain.
- English level B2 or higher.
