About the Role
We're looking for a creative and technically curious AI Generalist to help us scale video production through cutting-edge AI tools.
In this role, you'll bridge the gap between creative hypotheses and production-ready assets by generating high-quality video content with AI. Your work will enable the marketing team to test significantly more creative ideas without proportionally increasing production time.
You'll work closely with Creative Marketing Specialists and Motion Designers, transforming briefs into multiple AI-generated video concepts that are ready for final polishing and launch.
What You'll Do
You'll become the team's AI video production expert, turning creative ideas into scalable video assets while continuously exploring new technologies.
- Generate video creatives using AI tools such as HeyGen, Higgsfield, Nano Banana, and other emerging platforms.
- Translate creative briefs into AI-generated videos that communicate the intended marketing message—not just visually appealing content.
- Create multiple variations of each concept (different hooks, avatars, styles, angles, etc.) to support creative testing.
- Deliver well-structured assets to Motion Designers, providing clear context, campaign objectives, and production notes.
- Independently review generated content, ensuring only high-quality materials move forward in the production pipeline.
- Continuously research, experiment with, and evaluate new AI video generation tools and workflows to improve team efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Creative Marketing Specialists and Motion Designers throughout the creative production process.
- Contribute to scaling Promova's AI-powered creative production capabilities.
What We're Looking For
Core Experience
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with AI-powered content or video generation.
- Practical experience with AI video tools such as HeyGen, Higgsfield, Runway, Pika, Kling, Veo, Nano Banana, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of prompting techniques and how to achieve consistent, high-quality AI-generated outputs.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate marketing hypotheses into compelling visual content.
- High attention to detail and strong quality standards.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple creative tasks simultaneously.
- Curiosity and willingness to constantly learn new AI technologies.
- English level B1+ for documentation and internal communication.
Bonus Points
- Experience working with performance marketing creatives (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
- Basic understanding of motion design or video editing workflows.
- Familiarity with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.
- Experience documenting AI workflows or creating prompt libraries.
- Passion for experimenting with the latest generative AI technologies.
