[Hiring] AI Engineer | Remote North America | $180K–$230K + Equity
I'm recruiting for a Series A company looking for a **high-impact AI Engineer** to build its AI infrastructure and agentic workflows from the ground up.
You'll build production agents as well as reusable APIs/tools that other teams can use to create their own AI workflows.
**Looking for:**
- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- 1–2+ years building production AI systems
- Strong Python and/or TypeScript
- Real experience building agentic / LLM workflows end to end
- Experience building APIs, tooling or infrastructure for other engineers
- Ideally e-commerce, logistics, 3PL or similar B2B experience
Bonus: MCP, RAG, vector DBs, agent orchestration and eval frameworks.
**Comp:** $180K–$230K + equity **Location:** Fully remote **within North America**
