What you'll do

  • Lead live enablement — workshops, hands-on labs, and teaching sessions — that train employees across technical and non-technical roles to use Claude and Anthropic technologies confidently in their daily work.
  • Adapt your delivery in real time to the room, whether it's a group of engineers, analysts, or senior leaders.
  • Own the on-the-ground delivery of enterprise rollout programs and activation packages: coordinating schedules and cohorts, managing the rollout roadmap, tracking adoption and engagement, and keeping client stakeholders aligned from kickoff through hand-off.
  • Serve as a trusted, credible guide for each client — building relationships, reading the room, surfacing blockers to adoption, and adjusting the program to keep momentum high.
  • Maintain strong, practical, up-to-date fluency with Claude and the broader Anthropic ecosystem — prompting techniques, common workflows, and real use cases — so you can demo live, answer real questions on the spot, and translate capabilities into relevant outcomes for each audience.
  • Tailor and refine existing enablement materials to fit specific clients, audiences, and use cases — adjusting examples, exercises, and depth without needing to build every program from scratch.
  • Capture what's working and what isn't across sessions — feeding adoption insights, common questions, and content gaps back to the team so activation packages and programs keep improving.
  • Partner with solutions, delivery, and partnerships teams to ensure enablement is aligned with the broader client engagement and rollout goals.

What they require

  • 4–8 years of experience in enablement, technical training, learning & development, customer education, sales engineering, or a comparable client-facing teaching role — ideally in a technology, SaaS, or AI/ML context.
  • Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills, with a proven ability to teach and engage mixed audiences ranging from technical practitioners to business users to executives.
  • Strong, hands-on practical fluency with LLMs and AI tools — comfortable prompting, demoing live, and designing practical workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience running structured programs or rollouts — managing schedules, cohorts, stakeholders, and adoption outcomes across an organization.
  • The ability to translate technical capabilities into clear, relevant value for non-technical audiences, and to hold credibility with technical ones.
  • High emotional intelligence, executive presence, and the composure to adapt on the fly when a session or audience doesn't go as planned.
  • A genuine passion for teaching and for staying current in a fast-moving field — you actively relearn as the technology evolves.
  • Willingness to travel and deliver on-site with enterprise clients across the US as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Professional-level fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred: experience with Claude or the Anthropic ecosystem is a significant plus.
  • Preferred: instructional design, adult-learning, or relevant technical certifications are a plus.
