What you'll do

  • Create short-form and long-form AI-generated performance creatives (video and static) for Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other paid social channels, on the topic of mental health and wellbeing
  • Generate content hypotheses and rapidly test ideas
  • Analyze creative performance and iterate based on data, not guesses
  • Research competitor ads, trending ad formats, native/UGC-style creatives, and platform-specific best practices for paid social
  • Collaborate closely with the Growth/Performance Marketing team on briefs, test plans, and iteration cycles

What they require

  • Experience creating AI-generated content specifically for performance/paid campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube (portfolio with actual ad creatives, not just organic content, is a big plus)
  • Creative storytelling adapted for short attention spans and conversion-focused hooks
  • Strong understanding of viral mechanics, internet culture, and what makes an ad feel native rather than "an ad"
  • Ability to identify trends early and adapt them creatively
  • Confident use of AI tools for content creation (image and video)
