What you'll do

  • Operationalize and continuously improve the enterprise AI governance framework — translating AI policy and regulatory requirements into practical, repeatable governance processes
  • Coordinate AI governance work across Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Information Security, IT, and business teams for consistent application
  • Manage the end-to-end AI Impact Assessment (AIIA) process for new or materially changed AI use cases— facilitation, cross-functional review, approval, and maintenance of the central AIIA repository
  • Ensure AI assessments address privacy, fairness/bias, explainability, security, and regulatory considerations
  • Maintain the AI regulatory register, monitor emerging AI regulation, and help update AI policies, standards, and templates
  • Support AI-specific third-party due diligence, coordinating with Legal and Procurement and tracking vendor AI systems
  • Support the Enterprise AI Council — preparing submissions and risk materials, tracking decisions, conditions, and remediation actions

What they require

  • 5+ years in risk management, compliance, governance, privacy, technology risk, or internal audit
  • Close familiarity with frameworks such as GDPR, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and emerging AI regulation
  • Strong understanding of risk-based governance and regulatory compliance concepts
  • Experience operating inside complex, regulated, global organizations
  • Ability to translate policy and regulatory requirements into operational process
  • System and Work Setup Requirements: stable high-speed internet (preferably 25 MBPS or higher) with backup, own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM and Core i5/AMD Ryzen 3 or equivalent, Windows 10+ or macOS Catalina+, up-to-date browsers and security software, 500GB/128GB SSD storage, headset with noise cancellation and 720p+ webcam, designated quiet workspace
