Change/adoption lead for enterprise AI transformation programmes, owning client adoption from executive alignment to measurable outcomes. Must have large-scale transformation, stakeholder engagement, adoption measurement, commercial awareness, and ability to operate across AU, UK, and US markets. Remote, located in Australia.

What you'll do

  • Design and lead the full change and adoption programme for each AI Momentum client engagement.
  • Build and sustain executive sponsor commitment, helping leaders align around a clear and consistent AI narrative.
  • Assess organisational readiness before every engagement, identifying stakeholder perspectives, decision-making dynamics and cultural factors that may influence adoption.
  • Recruit, develop, and sustain internal champions who carry the programme when the engagement team is not in the room.
  • Build engagement strategies that reach every level of the organisation, from frontline to board, with messaging calibrated to each audience.
  • Design and lead executive workshops, leadership alignment sessions, town halls, and adoption events.
  • Identify stakeholder concerns early, understand their underlying causes and design targeted support before they affect adoption outcomes.
  • Define success metrics at the outset of every engagement, track behaviour change, and report outcomes directly to client executives.
  • Lead AI Accelerate end-to-end: the structured change management programme that turns initial engagement into sustained adoption, measurable value and opportunities for an ongoing client partnership.
  • Own AI Operate end-to-end: ongoing support, maintenance, and continuous development of agentic outcomes.
  • Establish champion networks, baseline adoption metrics, and executive cadence in the first eight weeks of every engagement.
  • Build the ROI narrative that anchors renewal and expansion conversations from month seven onward.
  • Shape the adoption narrative in proposals, respond to client questions about change methodology, and present the programme with conviction in sales meetings.
  • Build and refine AI Momentum's adoption methodology; codify what works into repeatable playbooks.
  • Raise the change and adoption literacy of the broader AI Momentum team.
  • Own AI Accelerate motion.
  • Monthly client engagement and retention contribute directly to renewal and expansion conversations.
