What you'll do
- Translate complex enterprise processes into end-to-end agentic workflows (Intent → Agent → Context → Reasoning → Actions → Systems → Outcome)
- Design, configure and build enterprise agents using Agent Builder, Agentforce Studio, Agent Script / DX, subagent routing, and instructions
- Build robust back-end support using Salesforce Flow, Apex, SOQL, APIs, Named Credentials, and OAuth
- Implement tool/function calling, structured outputs, multi-step agent workflows, and prompt/context engineering
- Evaluate LLM reasoning they vs deterministic Apex/Flow logic to minimize latency and token costs while preventing hallucinations
- Ground agent reasoning in structured/unstructured enterprise data via Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360, semantic search, and Knowledge libraries
- Architect REST API callouts, event-driven integrations and MuleSoft pipelines, incorporating Model Context Protocol (MCP) standards
- Drive automated testing and multi-turn conversation tracing using Agentforce Testing Center
- Design least-privilege agent permissions, FLS/sharing rules, prompt injection protections, and human-in-the-loop escalation paths
- Lead technical discovery with enterprise stakeholders and guide cross-functional engineering teams
What they require
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce engineering and architecture experience
- At least 2 production or advanced pre–infra Agentforce implementations
- Based in Europe and with strong alignment with European enterprise hours
- Deep proficiency in Salesforce Agentforce (Studio/DX), Apex, Flow, Data Cloud, REST APIs, Git, CD
- Clear understanding of LLM architectures, context window management, function calling, and evaluation or evals frameworks
