What you'll do

  • Own affiliate revenue and program strategy, including CPA discipline ($25–$30 band), payback period and LTV.
  • Run unit economics: manage channel on contribution margin and LTV:CAC and use cohort analysis to optimise creator spend.
  • Lead global go-to-market for the program across three markets: creator sourcing, platforms, gifting/PR, and partnerships with heavy TikTok focus.
  • Build and scale creator roster and lifecycle, creative pipeline and creator assets for whitelisting and paid social.
  • Own offline activations and events (sampling, farmers markets, pop-ups, creator trips) and design/test creator compensation models and attribution.

What they require

  • 5-7 years in affiliate, influencer, or partnerships marketing with direct ownership of a revenue number.
  • Experience building or rebuilding an affiliate/creator program and measurable impact after changes.
  • Fluency in growth metrics (CAC, blended CAC, LTV, LTV:CAC, payback period, contribution margin, retention by cohort).
  • Platform and attribution fluency (Upfluence, AWIN, Impact, Roster, Triple Whale) and ability to run holdouts/geo tests and measure incrementality.
  • Preferred: DTC or e-commerce CPG experience; US launch experience and fluency in TikTok Shop strategy; people leadership/mentorship experience.
