What you'll do
- Provide clinical counselling sessions to employees under the EAP framework
- Participate in network partnership activities and coordination with Lyra programs
- Deliver evidence-based mental health care via Lyra Empower platform where applicable
- Maintain necessary documentation and comply with privacy/data protection requirements
What they require
- Relevant clinical qualification and license to practice (applicable to India)
- Experience providing counselling or psychotherapy in employer-sponsored programs or similar settings
- Ability to work within Lyra’s clinical model and adhere to data privacy requirements (references to CPRA, GDPR handling in privacy notice)
