What you'll do
- Provide counselling services as part of Lyra’s provider network.
- Work within Lyra Empower platform to deliver care and coordinate with employer programs.
- Participate in network partnership activities (onboarding, coordination, quality assurance).
- Maintain documentation and comply with privacy/data requirements as described by Lyra.
What they require
- Qualifications/licensing to practise counselling in India (implied by location Kolkata).
- Experience working as a counsellor in employee assistance or employer-sponsored mental health services.
- Ability to have personal information processed under Lyra Health Workforce Privacy Notice and comply with related policies.
