What you'll do
- Provide counselling services as an affiliate EAP counsellor within Lyra's network.
- Deliver employer-sponsored mental health sessions aligned with Lyra Empower workflows.
- Perform clinical assessments and maintain case documentation.
- Coordinate with Lyra network partnership managers and follow platform/process guidelines.
What they require
- Relevant professional licensure/registration to practice counselling in India.
- Experience providing Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services or employer-sponsored mental-health care.
- Ability to work with Lyra's platform and processes and comply with data/privacy requirements.
