What you'll do
- Deliver counselling/therapy sessions as part of Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
- Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate mental health support to Farsi-speaking clients
- Work within Lyra's care model and platform workflows
- Handle documentation and participant-related processes as per employer/privacy requirements
