What you'll do

  • Independently leverage data to drive insights that optimize marketing strategies, campaigns, and customer engagement.
  • Work across multiple departments including marketing, product, and leadership teams to deliver actionable analytics that enhance ROI, customer acquisition, and brand performance.
  • Apply advanced analytical expertise, marketing acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
  • Independently analyze marketing campaign performance across channels (e.g., digital, social, email, paid media) to measure effectiveness, ROI, and customer engagement.
  • Communicate and work directly with clients to help them understand their data and how it relates to their business objectives.
  • Conduct quantitative analyses (e.g. data investigations, UI analyses, data model assessments) in a defect-free manner to provide valuable insights for clients.
  • Create insights presentations to communicate key metrics to stakeholders using a variety of analytical tools.
  • Partner with product, data teams, solution architects, modeling, and sales teams to align model results with business objectives and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Mentor and train junior marketing data analysts.

What they require

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Marketing Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field plus 4 years of experience in data analytics and marketing consulting required.

  • Telecommuting Permitted.
