What you'll do

  • Support the development and execution of the FactorTrust product roadmap across a 1-3 year planning horizon
  • Partner with senior product leaders to prioritize and manage regulatory, compliance, and security initiatives
  • Represent the voice of the customer by gathering customer feedback, conducting market analysis, and leveraging user research
  • Define, monitor, and report on product goals, KPIs, success metrics, and business outcomes
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Technology, Data Analytics, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
  • Develop persona-based product requirements and translate business needs into actionable requirements for technical development teams
  • Lead feature release planning, remove barriers to execution, and communicate roadmap updates and delivery timelines
  • Review wireframes, prototypes, and product designs to ensure alignment with customer needs and UX expectations
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Legal, Sales, and Finance to support product launches and customer adoption
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration, transparent prioritization, and Product Management best practices

What they require

  • Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a related discipline applying product lifecycle management principles
  • Knowledge of customer-centric product development methodologies including customer research and market analysis
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across Technology, Data Analytics, Operations, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Sales
  • Understanding of regulatory, compliance, and security considerations within data-driven products
  • Experience analyzing customer, market, and business performance data to establish KPIs and measure success
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Ability to document requirements and translate business needs into functional product requirements
  • Experience working within Agile product development environments supporting iterative delivery and release planning
  • Strong presentation, stakeholder management, communication, and product planning skills
