Administrator for IQEQ's Trust Services team, supporting trust administration for international private clients. Needs experience in a similar administrative role, strong written/verbal communication, task prioritization, accuracy under pressure, and attention to detail. Hiring is for either fully remote within the UK or based in the Isle of Man.

What you'll do

  • Administer a portfolio of trust and private client entities, ensuring all client deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders while delivering a high standard of client service.
  • Maintain accurate client records, prepare documentation, and ensure all activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support day-to-day trust administration, identify process improvements, and contribute to operational efficiency.
  • Develop technical knowledge through ongoing learning and support senior team members with client projects and administrative activities.
