We’re looking for a Demand Generation & Growth Manager (Business Development Administrator) to help create scalable, data-driven programs that generate pipeline, engage decision-makers, and accelerate revenue growth. Location: Poland Working pattern: Remote Responsibilities Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns that create qualified pipeline and support revenue growth. Build and optimize account-based marketing programs targeting pharmaceutical, biotech, and CRO organizations. Develop outbound campaigns and sequences across channels including email, LinkedIn, phone, video, and other emerging platforms. Test and refine messaging, content, audience targeting, and workflows to improve engagement and conversion. Partner closely with business development teams to ensure effective lead qualification and handoff. Use AI-powered prospecting, research, and campaign tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Identify opportunities to automate repetitive commercial processes and scale best practices. Build data-driven workflows that combine automation with strong commercial insight. Monitor campaign and funnel performance, using analytics to optimize results and improve ROI. Create dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into campaign performance, pipeline creation, and commercial impact. Improve CRM data quality, segmentation, lead management, and account intelligence. Support the development of scalable revenue operations processes and reporting infrastructure. Collaborate with marketing, business development, product, and other key stakeholders to align messaging and support growth. Share market and campaign insights with the wider commercial team to strengthen future initiatives. #LI-AT2 . Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Communications, or a related field preferred. Equivalent practical experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or commercial functions will also be considered. Experience 2–6 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, sales development, revenue operations, commercial excellence, or a similar role. Experience creating and executing campaigns in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Experience working with prospecting, campaign, CRM, and reporting tools. Experience owning initiatives end-to-end in a lean, agile team environment. Previous exposure to life sciences, clinical trials, eTMF, or regulated software/services sales cycles would be an advantage. Skills Strong understanding of demand generation and pipeline-building strategies. Ability to develop both strategic plans and hands-on campaign execution. Analytical, data-driven mindset with confidence interpreting performance metrics. Strong written communication and messaging skills. Comfortable experimenting with new technologies, including AI-enabled tools. Highly self-directed, proactive, and entrepreneurial approach to work. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across commercial, product, and marketing teams. Organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
