What you'll do

  • Prepare, file, and track repossession assignments accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for bailiffs, providing them with necessary documentation and following up on case statuses.
  • Liaise and coordinate seamlessly with both first-party and third-party collection agencies to ensure accounts are updated and actions are aligned.
  • Regularly update and maintain internal recovery databases, ensuring all account statuses, notes, and actions are logged correctly.
  • Perform daily data entry tasks.
  • Manage team correspondence.
  • Organize digital files.
  • Assist with other general administrative duties as assigned.

What they require

  • Previous administrative or data entry experience is required.
  • Experience in collections, asset recovery, automotive finance, or legal administration is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable speaking with external vendors, bailiffs, and agencies professionally.
  • Proficiency with standard office software and the ability to quickly learn internal CRM and recovery management systems.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Term of Contract: 12 months.
  • Part-time Schedule/Hours: Monday to Friday, 10AM-3PM, with potential for additional hours based on business needs.
