What you'll do
- Process supplier invoices and match them to purchase orders
- Prepare payment runs and resolve queries before they hold things up
- Reconciicate supplier statements and investigate differences
- Maintain accurate records in the accounting system
- Liaise with suppliers professionally over payment queries
- Support month-end close with clean, complete data
What they require
- Experience with accounts payable, bookkeeping or a similar finance role
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, Sage or QuickBooks
- Solid spreadsheet skills and strong attention to detail
- Clear written and spoken English
- A methodical approach to reconciliation work
- Reliable laptop or desktop computer
- Stable, high-speed fibre connection
- Backup power for load shedding
