Accounts Receivable & Invoicing Process and issue invoices accurately and on time Manage: accounts receivable payment follow-ups collections tracking Monitor: aging reports outstanding balances payment schedules Confirm incoming payments and maintain accurate records Support healthy cash flow through proactive collections and tracking Cash Flow & Financial Operations Monitor: cash flow hands-on experience with: QuickBooks accounts receivable invoicing payment tracking financial reporting Core Skills Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills Experience with: digital banking platforms payment processing systems financial tracking workflows Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset Strong written and verbal English communication Comfortable working directly with U.S.-based
