What you'll do
- Manage customer relationships and ensure they leverage Sprinto's platform effectively for trust and compliance needs.
- Drive adoption and expansion of Sprinto's Autonomous Trust Platform within SMB accounts.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique compliance and security challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Success, Product) to ensure client satisfaction and success.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Sprinto's solutions.
- Contribute to the development of best practices for account management within the SMB segment.
What they require
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer success, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
- Experience working with Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs).
- Strong understanding of compliance, security frameworks, or risk management is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
