What you will be doing: Develop the existing business & meet annual revenue growth targets Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors Work jointly with delivery counterparts and ensure value is being delivered to the customer Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) Prepare reports on account status Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory Assist with challenging client requests or issuing escalations as needed The role will report into the Head of Operations and will be required to work closely with Sales teams and move accounts from sales into account management You are a good match if you have: Experience in a customer facing account management role or have the aptitude to perform the role Strong client relationship management experience particularly with senior stakeholders Good understanding of today’s digital, AI & software development landscape and must be able to bring value to the customer Experience in understanding software development requirements and having the ability to develop, along with the help of pre-sales, winning IT proposals Must have very strong listening and presentation skills Experience working with & understanding of commercial contracts Successful experience in RFP responses and successful sales pitches Ability to work collaboratively with project managers, technical engineers and architects to provide customers with solutions Ability to travel to client site Knowledge & experience of using a CRM Be willing to learn new techniques and follow account management standards Be able to leverage AI to help with account growth Why intive?
