Through BBU, our internal learning and development platform, we offer extensive leadership, professional development and technical training for our teammates – both online and in-person. We support and encourage teammates to continue their education and professional designations and invest in the next generation of insurance professionals through our internships and leadership programs.
Growth Has No Finish Line.
$8 Billion & Beyond
In 2016, we set an interim goal to reach $4 billion in revenue. From 2016 to 2025, our revenue rose from $1.8 billion to $5.9 billion, and our team grew from 8,000 to nearly 23,000 teammates. We remain focused on our next interim goal of $8 billion and beyond!
