What you'll do
- Own B2B client onboarding from handover to go-live
- Guide clients through tiers, limits, KYB/KYC requirements, and upgrades
- Coordinate Compliance, Legal, Product, Engineering, Sales, and provider interactions
- Manage KYB/KYC blockers, limit increase requests, contracts, bugs, and escalations
- Monitor and manage provider performance, SLA, pricing, coverage, and integrations
- Identify upsell opportunities and prepare client context for Sales
- Activate new products, tiers, and limits after deal closure
- Collect, structure, and prioritize client feedback and product requests
- Share customer insights with Product and close the feedback loop with clients
- Build long-term client relationships and drive retention, growth, and satisfaction
What they require
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Partner Management, or other B2B client-facing roles
- Experience in fintech, payments, crypto, SaaS, or financial services
- Understanding of KYB/KYC, compliance-driven onboarding, and B2B payment operations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to coordinate clients, internal teams, and external providers
- Structured approach to documentation, follow-ups, and escalation
- Strong ownership, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail
- Fluent English
- Experience with crypto payments, stablecoins, fiat rails, custody, or digital asset infrastructure is nice to have
- Experience working with providers such as payment processors, KYB/KYC platforms, or compliance vendors is nice to have
