What you'll do

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with airline partners to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities in the fintech space.
  • Lead the development and launch of new fintech products for airlines, including driving product vision, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring alignment with airline partners’ goals and success metrics.
  • Work with airlines to improve and grow existing fintech products so they meet evolving business needs and maximize ancillary revenue opportunities.
  • Lead product implementations and delivery for diverse accounts, including project and stakeholder management, maintaining documentation, executing user acceptance testing, and issue triaging.
  • Use analytical tools and data to monitor product performance, assess customer feedback, and make data-backed decisions to optimize product offerings.
  • Work closely with internal teams including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to deliver seamless product experiences.
  • Stay up to date with fintech and travel industry trends to anticipate market shifts and identify new opportunities for innovation.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with airline operations, challenges, and revenue streams, or previous experience working within the airline industry.
  • Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Middle East and North Africa partners and stakeholders.
