What you'll do

  • Manage 15 to 20 inbound leads per day from companies with 1 to 5 employees.
  • Handle the sales process from first call to closing with the prospect.
  • Manage leads mainly from marketing or the website that started but did not complete self-registration.
  • Prioritize fast one-call closes for simple needs where Pennylane is an obvious fit.
  • Spend time on more complete and complex projects.
  • Learn Pennylane, its vision, and its teams during the first three months.
  • Join the sales academy to understand each role and the overall sales team workflow.
  • Receive training from your manager and support from a sales teammate to adapt to the team.
  • Shadow more experienced team members and learn product features and sales arguments.
  • Make your first calls and close your first deals.
  • Autonomously manage your inbound lead portfolio after 4 to 8 months.
  • Manage the full sales cycle and generate your share of revenue for the SME sales team.
  • Contribute to improving team processes and share best practices.
  • Collaborate with other Pennylane teams such as onboarding, customer support, product, and sales to relay customer feedback and improve the platform.
