What you'll do

  • Position the value of HubSpot’s software to small businesses through 30-40 prospective and existing customer calls per day
  • Educate and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey
  • Manage a pipeline of mostly self-sourced leads and some inbound leads
  • Identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers by creating 2 deals per day
  • Qualify prospects’ business goals to determine if HubSpot can be a strategic investment
  • Close business with new and existing customers at or above quota level
  • Target 10-14 transactions per month when fully ramped
  • Partner with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy
  • Contribute strategies and ideas to advance company values, culture, and future vision
  • Use inbound selling strategies to find new business and help businesses grow using HubSpot software
  • Research prospects and create outreach strategies
  • Run online demos of HubSpot software
  • Sell the HubSpot value proposition to small and mid-sized businesses
  • Identify challenges prospective customers face and discover inbound marketing solutions
  • Close new business at or above quota level
  • Nurture relationships with qualified opportunities at small and mid-sized companies
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing and technology departments to evolve sales strategy
  • Use outbound selling strategies to find new business
  • Sell HubSpot's value proposition to small and mid-sized businesses
  • Identify prospect challenges and match sales and marketing solutions

What they require

  • 1+ years of quota-carrying experience with a consistent track record of quota attainment
  • Ability to source your own leads
  • Experience as a BDR is advantageous
  • Consultative seller able to uncover customer pain points and connect them to product value
  • Strong business acumen
  • Experience selling to C-level executives and business owners
  • Experience selling to Sales, Marketing, Service, and IT teams is a bonus
  • Experience with high-velocity sales and 14-60 day sales cycles
  • Ability to create urgency with customers to drive mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Ownership over daily, weekly, and monthly activity leading to quota attainment
  • Coachable and able to receive and implement feedback
  • Problem-solver with ability to take responsibility for successes and failures
  • Team player willing to share best practices and collaborate with peers
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom for remote opportunity
  • 1+ years of closing sales experience
  • Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Track record of high performance such as over quota or President's Club
  • Strong goal focus and approach to achieving goals
  • Strong communication, time management, and adaptability for remote work
  • Experience working in a high-growth scale-up environment
  • Passion for helping businesses grow and curiosity about the tech industry
  • Candidates must be based in the Republic of Ireland for remote opportunity
