What you'll do

  • Own and exceed enterprise-level revenue targets through a balanced focus on account growth, retention, and net-new business
  • Manage and expand a portfolio of banks and credit unions, identifying opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and long-term value creation
  • Lead executive-level engagements with C-suite stakeholders, delivering strategic recommendations tied to business performance and growth goals
  • Drive consultative sales cycles from discovery through solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and close
  • Leverage data, analytics, and market insights to position integrated marketing, media, and digital solutions
  • Partner cross-functionally with strategy, analytics, product, and delivery teams to develop and execute client solutions
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through targeted prospecting within the FI sector, focusing on enterprise-level opportunities
  • Deliver business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients to reinforce value and expand partnerships
  • Demonstrate the company's Core Values at all times
  • Use Performance Excellence principles to continuously improve effectiveness, efficiency, products, and services
  • Participate on improvement teams, recommend and implement improvement ideas, and participate in training and other activities to keep up to date on processes, information, etc.
  • Support and comply with internal and external audits, including providing information, performing assigned tasks to ensure compliance, and preparing and maintaining evidence that key duties identified as internal controls have been performed
  • Support and comply with safety and security policies to promote a healthy working environment

  • Confident, strategic seller who knows how to navigate complex deals and deliver value
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise, quota-carrying sales, with a strong record of closing complex, high-value deals
  • Proven success selling into Financial Institutions (banks, credit unions)
  • Experience selling data-driven marketing solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow large, strategic accounts while driving new business acquisition
  • Strong expertise in consultative selling, solution design, and executive storytelling
  • Experience navigating multi-threaded sales cycles and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Ability to leverage data and insights to drive business cases and differentiate solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • You operate as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, not just a salesperson
  • You excel in enterprise account strategy, retention, and expansion
  • You bring a deep understanding of financial services trends, challenges, and growth drivers
  • You thrive in complex, matrixed environments and adapt quickly to market dynamics
  • You consistently exceed goals and take ownership of driving measurable client outcomes
  • Candidates must reside near a major airport hub (e.g., Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta, or similar metropolitan areas) to support periodic travel as needed
