Account Executive hunting new B2B business in the 4G cellular security camera space, selling hardware plus recurring data subscriptions. Needs 3–5 years of closing experience (SaaS, IoT hardware, telco, or physical security preferred). Remote US-based role, excluding candidates in AK, CT, DE, MA, NM, and SD.
What you'll do
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue quotas.
- Pitch the combined value of physical IoT hardware and recurring monthly cellular data packages to technical and commercial buyers.
- Conduct virtual and on-site product demonstrations though showcasing 4G-LTE connectivity, solar integration, and cloud-based video management software.
- Maintain an active, high-volume sales pipeline from initial cold outreach through to contract negotiation and final signatures using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Partner with Customer Success and Technical Support teams to ensure seamless deployment and onboarding for new clients.
What they require
- 3 to 5 years of successful B2B closing experience, preferably in SaaS, IoT hardware, telecommunications, or physical security systems.
- Technical aptitude: ability to comfortably explain cellular network requirements (4G-LTE/5G), cloud storage, motion analytics, and solar power constraints to non-technical clients.
- Proven track record of managing full-cycle sales processes, handling objections, and closing deals with mid-level managers and C-level executives.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the territory for client visits, site evaluations, and regional industry trade shows.
