What you'll do

  • Develop new business opportunities and manage client relationships across the Americas.
  • Promote participation in ECP’s global energy events and investment platforms.
  • Engage senior industry professionals through outbound calls, meetings, and networking.
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of outreach activity.
  • Represent ECP at industry events and client meetings across the region.
  • Track sales activity and manage accounts using CRM tools.

What they require

  • 2+ years of sales experience (B2B or event sales preferred).
  • Strong interest in global business, energy markets, and investment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Fluency in English & Spanish required, additional languages such as Portuguese, French, or Dutch are a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools.
  • This role requires approximately 60% travel, with opportunities to work in key markets including Venezuela, Suriname, Guyana, and Trinidad & Tobago.
