What you'll do

  • Build lasting partnerships. Develop deep, consultative relationships with clients and become their trusted advisor on global workforce strategy.

  • Work as one team. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and regional Leadership to deliver seamless experiences for your accounts.
  • Share what you learn. Bring client and market insights back to the business to help shape how we grow in Taiwan and across APAC.
  • Own your book. Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive retention, expansion, and long-term revenue growth across your territory.
  • Build pipeline through outbound campaigns, executive networks, partner channels, and market events across Hong Kong and APAC.
  • Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while maintaining sharp, proactive forecasts.
  • Develop deep expertise in our platform, competitive landscape, and the regulatory environment shaping cross-border hiring in the region.
  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and regional Leadership to maximize account impact and accelerate deals.
  • Bring client and market intelligence back to the team to sharpen our APAC strategy and keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Own your book. Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive new logo acquisition, retention, and long-term growth across Southeast Asian markets.
  • Prospect with purpose. Leverage outbound campaigns, partner networks, and your existing regional relationships to uncover and close opportunities across APAC — with particular focus on Chinese-speaking enterprises expanding internationally.
  • Deliver results. Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Maintain accurate, proactive forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
  • Lead with insight. Build deep expertise in Pebl's platform, the APAC employment landscape, and the specific compliance and HR considerations relevant to companies operating across Singapore, Greater China, and Southeast Asia.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally. Partner with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and regional Leadership to maximize account impact and ensure seamless client experiences across time zones.
  • Influence the business. Share client insights and regional market feedback to shape go-to-market strategy and keep Pebl ahead of the curve in Southeast Asia.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive new logo acquisition, retention, and long-term growth across ANZ and Asia-Pacific markets.
  • Leverage outbound campaigns, partner networks, and your existing relationships across ANZ to uncover and close opportunities, with a focus on Australian and New Zealand businesses expanding their global workforce.
  • Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate, proactive forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
  • Build deep expertise in Pebl's platform, the ANZ employment landscape, and the compliance and HR considerations relevant to Australian businesses expanding internationally; including Fair Work Act obligations, superannuation, and cross-border employment complexities.
  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and regional Leadership to maximize account impact and ensure seamless client experiences across ANZ and APAC time zones.
  • Share client insights and ANZ market feedback to shape go-to-market strategy and keep Pebl ahead of the curve across Australia and the wider region.

What they require

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales or EOR experience, ideally in mid-market or commercial segments, with a consistent record of hitting and exceeding targets.
  • Experience building trusted relationships with Taiwanese companies, particularly in SaaS, HR Tech, consulting, or high-growth B2B
  • A patient, consultative approach to selling — you invest time in understanding client needs and build solutions around long-term value, not quick wins.
  • Strong business acumen and comfort navigating multi-stakeholder decisions in both local and multinational organizations.
  • Native or fluent Mandarin (Traditional Chinese) and professional-level English for client and internal communication.
  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS or EOR sales experience — mid-market or commercial segments preferred — with a consistent record of quota attainment.
  • Experience selling into Hong Kong or APAC markets, ideally into SaaS, HR Tech, consulting, or high-growth B2B
  • A consultative, high-trust selling approach. You ask sharp questions, uncover real business needs, and earn credibility with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals with confidence.
  • Resilience and ownership — you hold yourself accountable to outcomes and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.
  • Willingness to travel (~20%) across APAC to build and strengthen client relationships.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, though demonstrated performance and impact matter most.
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B SaaS or EOR sales experience, ideally in mid-market or commercial segments with consistent quota attainment.
  • Full professional fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (Putonghua) — written and spoken — is required. Ability to conduct discovery, negotiate, and present in both languages.
  • Must be based in Singapore and hold the right to work in Singapore (Singapore Citizens, PRs, or valid Employment Pass holders).
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets with quantifiable results.
  • Consultative, strategic selling approach, you diagnose before you prescribe and focus on long-term value creation.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly translate complex global employment concepts into clear, compelling client solutions.
  • Demonstrated comfort working across cultures, regions, and time zones, particularly within Singapore, Greater China and Southeast Asia.
  • Resilience and ownership mindset, you take accountability for results and remain steady through challenges.
  • Willingness to travel within the region (approximately 20%) to strengthen client relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; demonstrated performance and impact matter most.
  • Must be based in Melbourne or Sydney and hold the right to work in Australia (Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents, or holders of a valid work visa).
