What you'll do

  • Visiting customers onsite to understand their workflows, challenges, and priorities, identifying where AI and automation solutions can deliver meaningful impact
  • Building strong relationships across your accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and consistent point of contact
  • Driving adoption of AI-powered solutions by coaching teams and embedding new workflows into their day-to-day operations
  • Identifying and developing opportunities to expand usage across new teams, stakeholders, and use cases within each account
  • Monitoring account health and product utilisation, proactively engaging customers who need support or are at risk
  • Identifying and developing internal champions who can drive adoption and momentum within customer organisations
  • Maintaining accurate account records, activity logs, and next steps in Salesforce following each interaction
  • Capturing and sharing customer insights and success stories to support broader team learning and enablement

What they require

  • Proven track record in recruitment/staffing (highly desirable), sales (AE/BDR), account management, or a similar client-facing role
  • Commercial mindset and motivation for growing accounts, identifying opportunities, and driving results
  • Willingness to build relationships in person and travel onsite with customers (regular UK travel ~60-70%)
  • Curiosity about how businesses operate and ability to quickly understand workflows and priorities
  • Strong interest in AI and automation and motivation to quickly become confident in how these solutions create business value
  • Coachable, growth-oriented, and actively seeks and applies feedback
  • Organised and disciplined in managing accounts, pipeline, and follow-ups
