What you'll do
- オペレーションガイドラインおよび配車基準に基づき、安定したサービス品質の維持・向上を担っていただきます。
- 手動配車対応、プロモーション施策の展開支援、各種オペレーションサポートを通じて、デリバリーパートナーを支援します。
- 天候や地域特性、イベントなどの外部要因によって発生するリアルタイムの課題を特定し、迅速に対応・解決します。
- 配送パフォーマンスが低下している注文を特定し、原因分析（Root Cause Analysis）を行いながら、適切な改善アクションを実施します。
What they require
- 平日・夜間・週末を含むシフト勤務に対応できる方（主にリモートワークを想定）。
- データに基づいた意思決定ができ、Excelなどのデータ分析・処理ツールを活用できる方。
- リアルタイムオペレーション、カスタマーサポート、またはオペレーション関連業務の経験をお持ちの方。
- 社内外のさまざまなステークホルダーと連携しながら業務を推進した経験をお持ちの方。
- Preferred: デリバリープラットフォーム、物流、サプライチェーン、ホスピタリティ業界など、リアルタイム性の高いオペレーション環境での業務経験。
- Preferred: シフト制または24時間365日体制のオペレーション組織での勤務経験。
- Preferred: グローバルチームとの協業経験。
- Preferred: Workforce Management（人員計画・管理）やフィールドオペレーション管理の経験。
