360° Recruitment & Sales Consultant

We are looking for a Recruitment & Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Texas.

This is a 360° recruitment role , meaning you will be involved in the entire process — from developing new business and building client relationships to sourcing candidates and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

What You'll Do

As a 360° Recruitment & Sales Consultant, you will:

Develop new business through prospecting, networking, LinkedIn, email, and cold calling Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Identify companies that are hiring and understand their recruitment needs Source, approach, and interview potential candidates Present qualified candidates to clients Manage the recruitment process from the first conversation to the placement Negotiate offers and help close successful placements Develop your own client and candidate network Learn how to manage your own desk and grow your business

What We're Looking For

No previous recruitment experience is required.

We are looking for someone who is:

A recent college/university graduate or early-career professional Highly motivated and ambitious Comfortable communicating with people by phone, email, and LinkedIn Not afraid of cold calling or business development Competitive and results-oriented Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Curious, coachable, and eager to learn Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Fluent in English

Sales, business development, recruiting, customer service, or internship experience is a plus — but not required.
