Responsibilities: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and goals to stakeholders and development teams. Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, engineers, and QA to deliver high-quality products. Analyze market trends and gather feedback from customers to inform product enhancements and roadmap decisions. Facilitate discussions and workshops to gather requirements and clarify project scope. Monitor product performance and iterate on features to enhance user experience and increase value. Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and understanding. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering). 5+ years of experience in product management or as a Product Owner in an Agile environment. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles. Experience in creating and managing product roadmaps and backlogs. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire teams. Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management software. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus.
