**Your Role at Nutrient...

We’re looking for a customer-obsessed, AI-forward engineer to become the first dedicated support hire for Nutrient Workflow, our workflow automation platform. You’ll own first-line support: taking tickets from customers and partners, reproducing issues, debugging live production instances, and getting clear answers back fast.

This isn’t a scripted support role. You’ll work hands-on with real customer infrastructure, jump on calls to troubleshoot together, and use AI tools to automate the repetitive parts of the job. When a fix needs code, you’ll hand engineering a well-investigated, reproducible issue instead of a mystery.

You’ll work closely with the Workflow engineering team, who handle support themselves today. Every ticket you take gives them more room to build.

**What You'll Work On...

• Own first-line technical support for Nutrient Workflow, taking customer and partner tickets so engineers can stay focused on building the product
• Debug live production instances, tracing issues from symptom to root cause across the application, infrastructure, and cloud layers
• Reproduce reported issues and escalate confirmed bugs to engineering as clear, wellscoped tickets with logs and repro steps
• Jump on customer calls to troubleshoot in real time and keep customers in the loop until their issue is resolved within our SLAs
• Build AI-powered automations and internal tooling that make triage, reproduction, and responses faster with every ticket

**What You'll Bring...

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (support engineering, solutions engineering, SRE, or similar) where you owned problems end to end
• An AI-first way of working: you lean on coding agents and LLM tooling daily and have built real automations with them
• Confidence debugging live production systems, with working knowledge of cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS)
• Clear, empathetic communication: in written responses and on live calls, you make technical problems understandable and customers feel heard
• Nice to have: Kubernetes experience, or hands-on time with workflow automation or BPM platforms; experience with MSSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
