Speech Pathologist to deliver community, school, home and telehealth services to NDIS participants in Northern NSW (Ballina, Byron Bay, Mullumbimby). Accepting new graduates through experienced clinicians; must hold a degree in Speech Pathology and Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia. Current Australian Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle required.

Чем предстоит заниматься

  • Managing a caseload and delivering therapy services in a timely, impactful way across home, school, and community settings.
  • Using clinical observations and standardised assessments to inform therapy goals and deliver interventions that improve quality of life.
  • Working alongside a supportive team of allied health professionals to provide holistic care.
  • Providing mentorship and clinical supervision to junior clinicians (leadership for experienced clinicians).
  • Ensuring all services meet current NDIS requirements and standards.

Что требуется

  • A degree in Speech Pathology.
  • Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Current Australian Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently within the community.
