We seek a senior leader to own the enterprise-wide growth and scale strategy for the KIPP network. Reporting to the CEO, this role sets the vision, goals, and strategy for KIPP’s growth function; stewards criteria and readiness frameworks; shapes the long-term portfolio plan; and holds the network accountable for growing with rigor.

Чем предстоит заниматься

  • Define and strategy for KIPP's enterprise-wide growth and scale strategy—including multi-year targets, portfolio priorities, and the conditions required for sustainable expansion
  • Set the vision and standards for how KIPP grows, ensuring every scale decision is evidence-based, equity-centered, and aligned with the One KW Strategy
  • Establish the methodology and criteria to tag regions as readiness risks, run assessments of those regions for long-term viability
  • Serve as the primary senior voice on growth to the CSO, CEO, and Board, providing counsel and alignment
  • Lead partnerships with regions pursuing growth, ensure accountability, translate ambitions into executable plans
  • Establish progress-monitoring systems, course correct, and escalate risks to the C-suite
  • Identify cross-regional patterns, scale practices, address systemic gaps across the network
  • Escalate to leadership when needed for growth-related issues
  • Develop, lead, and manage Senior Director of Growth, build a culture of accountability, and represent in executive forums

Что требуется

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in strategy, growth, and network development, or related enterprise leadership roles, ideally in in relevant fields
  • Track record of managing and developing people managers across nested teams of 4+ direct reports with measurable impact
  • Demonstrated ability to set vision, goals, and strategy with executive-level autonomy and execute accountability
  • Direct accountability for network strategic priorities and executed impact
  • Design and maintain readiness / assessment frameworks grounded in data, translate quantitative / qualitative inputs into recommendations that drive accountability
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, include landscape analysis, financial modeling, and synthesize information into strategic arguments for executives and Board audiences
  • Executive presence and ability to make network decisions with autonomy, serve as credible partner
  • Partner with regional or field-based leaders to translate national strategy into local context, maintain network coherence
  • K-12 education, charter school growth, or mission-driven environment strongly preferred
  • High travel: 21-30% (40-60 days per year)
  • Full-time, exempt
