We work hard to play hard, and we understand the need to recharge. We offer a generous combination of paid holidays, PTO, and up to 10 additional personal days a year (based on hire date). This means you potentially have 25 paid days available in your first year. And that doesn’t include an additional 13 company-recognized holidays which are also paid.

Parental Leave

An employee who gives birth will be eligible for 8 weeks of paid parental leave.

Bonding Leave

MCG covers 10 weeks of paid leave for employees to bond after birth, adoption, or foster care placement of a new child.

Caregiver Support

Access to a chronic and eldercare concierge service, Wellthy, that provides legal, financial, housing, medical, in-home, and social/mental support for employees with an aging parent, a partner with a serious medical condition, or a child with special needs.
