Drive products through the stage gate process, owning deliverables and analysis for your product area. Partner with the Director on cross-product investment decisions.
- Participate in planning - own and execute research initiatives, develop product concepts and plans to deliver business goals, create detailed release/execution quarterly plans with feature/task estimates in partnership with cross-functional team
- Partner with Design and Engineering- work with Design to create mission-aligned, feasible user experiences. Write clear, concise specifications and manage a prioritized backlog. - Partner with Learning Science and Content writers - Partner to translate research into high quality, valid and reliable assessment and reporting that informs instructional decisions.
- Be obsessed with your customers - passionately advocate for your users in all phases of product development. Conduct qualitative research (interviews, focus groups, observations) and quantitative analysis to deeply understand user needs and translate them into product priorities.
- Leverage market intelligence - continuously analyze competitor curriculum offerings to identify gaps, differentiators, and winning features for the next edition/release. Observe industry trends and incorporate findings into future plans driving competitive advantage and differentiation.

- Enable go-to-market success - partner with Marketing, Sales and CX to develop positioning, internal training, and external messaging that ensures a successful product launch and market performance.
