Senior Manager - Credit Card Pricing & Profitability Analytics

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager / Lead to join our analytics consulting team and lead the delivery of Pricing & Profitability Models for a leading credit card client. Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of pricing and profitability analytics models for credit card portfolios. Partner directly with senior business leaders in the Credit Risk, Pricing, and Profitability domains to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical solutions. Drive client engagement, manage stakeholder expectations, and present insights and recommendations to executive leadership. Oversee model development, validation, implementation, and continuous improvement while maintaining strong governance and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, product, data engineering, and technology, to deliver scalable analytical solutions. Requirements 10-12 years of experience in analytics, data science, or quantitative modeling within the Banking/Financial Services industry. Strong experience in Credit Card Pricing, Profitability Analytics, Portfolio Analytics, and quantitative model development. Deep experience with credit card profitability modeling, including exposure to areas such as Net Present Value (NPV) models, Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) models, Expected Loss Forecasting, Line Assignment Optimization, ROEC/RORAC frameworks, and Portfolio Profitability Forecasting. Robust background in model development, validation, implementation, and continuous improvements. Proven experience leading analytics engagements and managing end-to-end project delivery. Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with senior business leaders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in tools such as Python and SQL. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
